Information we collect

Our membership service may store your email address, account identifiers, device and sign-in session identifiers, race-day access, payment requests, proof of payment, an optional referral code you provide, and service operation records that are necessary to run the service.

Odds and HKJC page data

The Smile To Win Chrome extension reads odds and selected betting items displayed on HKJC racing pages in your browser, then sends the data required for calculation to Smile To Win servers. Smile To Win does not ask for or store your HKJC password.

How we use data

We use data only for account verification, payment checks, race-day access management, stake calculation, referral attribution and first-payment commission reporting, security, and troubleshooting. Referral codes are optional. Only administrators can view referral records; KOLs are not given your email or payment proof. Account deletion unlinks referral and commission records from the account while retaining anonymized history. Supabase and Resend help deliver email; Supabase stores and protects membership and payment data.

Retention and security

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. Sign-in verification, access controls, and server-side checks are used to restrict unauthorised access.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your account data. If law, payment record requirements, or a security investigation requires us to keep certain records, we will explain why.
